Definition of confidence: Confidence occurs when the self-perception that you aren’t able is trumped by the reality of your achievements. Positivity, self-esteem, self-compassion, self-efficacy, and confidence are linked. Many studies show women have less confidence than men, but confidence is key to success. These were her key take-aways after reading The Confidence Code, the starting point of our work together: After reviewing her in-take and completing a thorough 360 with her key stakeholders, together, we decided that increasing her confidence and executive presence was a top priority.
