In order for backordered/out of stock messages to appear, you must have inventory assigned to your products in the Shopify admin.

How to show backordered/out-of-stock messages on the Order Form This image shows a product's inventory settings in the Shopify admin. Wholesale Gorilla gets inventory information for a product from the product's page in your Shopify admin:
Important Note: Wholesale Gorilla's inventory settings will only work if Shopify tracks your product inventory. Inventory: Backordered and Out-of-stock messages. To show/hide products from certain customers you can use product exclusions. Changing the Quick Order Form navigation does not show or hide particular collections from wholesale customers.At this time, the Quick Order Form is a 'one size fits all' form within your site the collections included upon it will be available to all wholesale customers on your site, and can not be adjusted on a per-customer basis.You can edit the collections that are included as often as you may need following these steps, and the changes will take effect so long as the 'Save' note appears after making your adjustments. Alternatively to delete all collections in the navigation click Clear all. To remove a collection from the Order Form navigation, click the Delete button next to the collection. In the following example, the 'Spring Collection' collection is at the top of the list in the settings, thus it's the first collection that appears on the form's collection list: To change the order the collections appear in the Order Form navigation, click and hold on the collection to drag it to the position you'd like it included to. Navigation: Change the Order Of Collections To add all of the collections on your store to the Order Form navigation you can click Add All Collections. Select the collections you want to add to the Order Form menu.Here you can select and arrange the collections that appear on the Order Form navigation menu. Open the Quick Order Form page in the Wholesale Gorilla admin, and scroll down to the Navigation section. You can add collection based navigation to the Quick Order Form by following these steps. Navigation: How To Add Collections To The Quick Order Formīy default the Quick Order Form doesn't include any navigation, and just displays all of your products as one big list. Quick Order Form settings can be adjusted by opening the Wholesale Gorilla admin and clicking on the Quick Order Form section. While the layout of the form itself will not allow for adjustment, our Quick Order Form includes many other customization options, such as whether or not you display a sold out/backordered message, whether the remaining inventory and/or SKU is displayed for listings within, as well as which collections appear on the form (and where they fall within your collections list). The form allows buyers to quickly put together large orders by giving them information on all of your products in one single page form.
